AirCairo would like to inform all its valued passengers about the following vaccination requirements for travelers to Saudi Arabia:

  • All travelers heading to Saudi Arabia for the purpose of Hajj must be vaccinated with the quadrivalent meningococcal vaccine.
  • Travelers going to Saudi Arabia for Umrah or visiting the following cities (Mecca, Medina, Jeddah, Taif) must receive the bivalent meningococcal vaccine, based on the approval of Saudi authorities until further notice.

These requirements will be implemented starting February 10, 2025, according to the announcement from the Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation.
